At Land to Air Express, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation through the the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities as the situation evolves. Land to Air Express has not cancelled or suspended any routes due to the current situation. Of course, should this change we will quickly announce any adjustments to our operations so you can maintain confidence in your travel with us. Federal law requires customers wear a mask at all times covering their nose and mouth while at our facilities, boarding or disembarking Land to Air vehicles, during travel on our vehicles, and while at all passenger boarding stops, including curbside locations.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, and Land to Air Express unfortunately has no way of completely eliminating that risk.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  We have included links to the CDC and other sources of information about COVID-19 and what you can do to protect yourself.

By riding with Land to Air Express or using one of our facilities, you voluntarily assume all the risk of being exposed to and contracting COVID-19.

Yes! Passengers who rely on Land to Air Express for essential transportation will continue to find us operating throughout our network with reduced frequency. We encourage all passenger to check with local and state governments of the city and/or state to which they are traveling to understand travel requirements including, but not limited to, required quarantine.

We understand now more than ever the need for flexibility during these unique times. Passengers with a valid Land to Air Express ticket may receive an online account credit through Land to Air Express by contacting our Customer Care team at (888) 736-9190. To qualify, tickets must be originally purchased from the Land to Air Express Website, Land to Air Express Airport Counter, or through the Land to Air Express Mankato Depot. Tickets purchased from other carriers’ websites, depots, or call centers will not qualify.

Land to Air Express is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities as the situation evolves. Increase cleaning and disinfectant procedures have been implemented along with safety precautions in alignment with CDC Guidelines. Passengers can expect to see social distancing indicators and sanitizing stations withing our facilities and on our vehicles. Land to Air also requires all passengers wear a facial covering while traveling on our vehicles or visiting our facility.
